The NKY Home For All Fund is a regional initiative led by Horizon Community Foundation to support priority strategies addressing Northern Kentucky’s housing shortage.

In 2024, over 90 community leaders and experts united to identify solutions in closing the Northern Kentucky housing gap across income levels.  Based on data from the Northern Kentucky Area Development District’s Housing Data Study, a blueprint called the “Home For All Report” was developed that provides a menu of diverse strategies to address housing challenges. 

The NKY Home For All Fund focuses its investments on financially supporting the strategies identified in the Home For All Report.  Initially, funding will support operations of the NKY Housing Fund launched by the Catalytic Fund in January 2026.  Other regional strategies will be supported as they are developed by community leaders.
