As President and CEO, Nancy is responsible for implementing the vision and strategic direction of Horizon Community Foundation, working collaboratively with other leaders to serve the community’s needs.

A recognized leader, Nancy has served on numerous boards of organizations dedicated to improving education, promoting healthy family relationships, and preserving the natural resources and history of Kentucky. She currently serves on the Endow Kentucky Commission and the LINK Media Board of Directors. Nancy also is a vocalist with Suits that Rock, a group of local business leaders who perform an annual benefit concert.

Nancy has received various awards, including the Cincinnati Enquirer Woman of the Year Award (2022), Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Women of Northern Kentucky Award (2021), Northern Kentucky Tribune Newsmaker Award (2018), and the Northern Kentucky Champion for Education Award (2011). She is an alumna of Leadership Northern Kentucky (Class of 2009). Nancy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

She currently resides in Boone County with her husband (Trey), their family, and their miniature dachshund, Oliver.

Aaron is responsible for the development of the accounting department and providing accurate and timely financial reporting to best serve the organization and the community. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master of Science in Finance from University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business.

Aaron currently lives in Mt. Lookout with his wife, Rachel, and their daughters, Olivia and Sunny. He lived in Covington for several years prior to that and is an active Partners For Change mentor. Outside of work he enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis, and attending concerts.

Katie Enzweiler is passionate about people, community, and creating connections that make a difference. As the Director of Marketing and Engagement at Horizon Community Foundation, she brings more than 18 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, and relationship building to an organization and community she has admired for many years.

Before joining Horizon, Katie worked across the banking, accounting and advisory, and technology industries, where she led marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Katie’s connection to Horizon goes back more than a decade, when she had the opportunity to work alongside the organization through community events and initiatives. That history made joining the Horizon team feel less like starting something new and more like coming home to a community she cares deeply about.

Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her husband, Chris, their daughters, Olivia and Nora, and their dog, Taco. She enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ school, spending time with family and friends, and taking advantage of everything Northern Kentucky has to offer.

Ashleigh is responsible for the smooth functioning of our operations and communications efforts, providing critical support to our team. She graduated from Georgetown College with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, with an Equine Distinction. A passionate sports fan, she proudly supports the Kentucky Wildcats, Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Bengals. Ashleigh lives in Florence with her goldendoodle, Boone. When she’s not traveling and exploring new destinations, Ashleigh can be found at concerts, sports games, or trying out a local restaurant or event.
